Refund policy

We have a NO RETURNS return policy, which means you will NOT receive a refund. 

You can always contact us for any return question at amcthorn@amcthornartatl.store.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Send it back to the sender on the mailing postage and I will contact our printing providers about the issue and let you know what to expect about the defective or damaged product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Only if the products received are damaged or defective. If no proof of the damage or defect is given, then your exchage will be rejected.

Refunds
No refunds or returns; all the products are made per order and currently we are unable to take returns, this may change in the future.
